As part of our curriculum, we ensure to add school trips to venues that will assist the learning of our children. These can be used as a 'hook' for the start of the topic, during the term to consolidate learning and understanding of the topic or near the end of a topic where the children can implement their learning to activities set on the trip.

Year 6 have a yearly residential to Bewl Water in term 5 or 6 where they are taught life skills along with problem solving and team work skills.
